Ellen Nicole Madison Memorial Scholarship Established
We are pleased to announce the addition of the Ellen Nicole Madison Memorial Scholarship to the ICC Foundation Scholarships. The $300 scholarship will be awarded to a student with preference being given to someone majoring in the child development program.
