Step-By-Step Application Instructions

1. Create a Common Application Account and Complete Your Application

You may optionally choose to write a 250- to 750-word essay on one of the following topics:

1. Describe something you have done in the past year that has positively impacted your community.
2. What do you think is the most important social issue we face today? Why?
3. If you had the ability to positively impact your community, how would you?
4. What skills do you have that will help your education and future employment?
5. Do you think that you are a leader? Why or why not?

2. Submit a Non-Refundable Application Fee of $40.00

Credit card or checking account system accepted. You may also provide an approved Collegeboard, NACAC or ACT fee waiver.

3. Submit Transcripts

You must send transcripts through official mail. You can use our transcript request form to request a mailed transcript. An official transcript must also be sent after graduation. GPA calculation is based on core academic classes only.

4. Submit SAT or ACT Scores Electronically

Submit SAT scores through Collegeboard. Ivory’s SAT code is 948765. Submit ACT scores through ACT. Ivory’s ACT code is 325908.

6. Check Your Admission Status

Check your admissions status in our online system anytime.
